Why are hospitals forced to pay premium prices for basic orthopedic products like plates and screws? Emerge Medical provides a new low cost approach to delivering these low physician preference items. We introduced FAIR pricing to the market.

Emerge & Hospital Partnership
The U.S. healthcare system is under increasing political and economic pressure. Industry must partner with hospitals in an effort to create efficiencies across the entire supply chain. We work closely with our hospital partners and their GPO to help them meet and exceed cost reduction targets.

Our surgical team identified specific low physician preference orthopedic surgical devices through primary research. These devices include orthopedic implants and instruments that are “standardized, low-physician preference” items.
